Services and prices shown on the site are general information and estimated ranges. Final scope, deliverables, timing and fee are determined only after a written proposal and scope agreement; visiting the site, completing a form or sending an email does not by itself create an order or service contract.

Work begins after written agreement on scope and fee. Out-of-scope requests may be assessed separately. Clients are expected to hold the necessary rights to content, data, brands and images they provide; unnecessary confidential or private information is not requested. A project-specific proposal or contract may be prepared where appropriate.

The name, email, request type, budget, timing and description entered in the form are not stored in a site database before you send them through your chosen email app. The chosen email provider’s terms may apply after sending. The site does not request identity, card or payment details.

The local-first Assistant does not store chat history in the site database or localStorage. Unsupported open general questions may be processed by a bounded server provider; content-free daily aggregate counters may be kept within the narrow implemented scope. Details are on the Privacy page.

Selecting the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp/Meta’s third-party service with a short prefilled message; communication is governed by their terms and privacy policies. The site only provides a normal wa.me link: it uses no Meta SDK, widget, tracker, bot, webhook or Cloud API and does not store the conversation. Do not share unnecessary sensitive or private information.

The site has no instant purchase or online checkout. Service details, fees and project-specific cancellation, withdrawal or refund terms are communicated in writing before work starts.

Completed work, bespoke output or a service already underway is assessed under the written agreement and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved; no fictional payment-provider or card-refund process is promised.

Education and project mentoring may include concept and algorithm explanation, guidance, code review, debugging, testing, feedback and learning support.

Exams are not solved for a student, and assessed assignments are not prepared in the student’s place. Plagiarism, bypassing academic rules or ready-made work intended to be submitted as another person’s work is not provided.
